Privacy Policy
This policy explains what breakmyloop collects about you, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what is needed to run your test series and nothing more, we never sell your data, and your payment card details never touch our servers.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and phone number.
- Your work — the answer sheets you upload, and the evaluation results, remarks and dashboards produced from them.
- Payment references — the order, amount and the gateway’s transaction reference for each purchase. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking details; those are handled entirely by the payment gateway.
Why we use it
Only to run the Service: evaluating your answer sheets, showing you your results, notifying you about tests and results, and issuing your invoices. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- The payment gateway, to process your payment and issue refunds.
- Email and WhatsApp providers, to deliver the notifications and documents the Service sends you.
- Your faculty, who see your submissions and results as part of running the test series.
Your data is never sold and never shared for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active, so your results history stays available to you. To have your account and its data deleted, write to support@breakmyloop.com from your registered email.
Cookies
The site sets a single essential session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — we cannot read them. Answer sheets and results live in access-controlled storage, visible only to you, your faculty and the administrators who run your academy.

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, write to support@breakmyloop.com with the subject “Privacy grievance” and we will respond as quickly as we can.
